Promote biodiversity conservation and sustainable natural resources management in the Ing River Basin, Thailand, by building the capacity of the Phayao Women's Network. Support the establishment of the Ing Women's Network for Environmental Conservation; conduct participatory action research on women and environmental conservation; and promote opportunities for women to participate in biodiversity conservation in Thailand.
