Initiate Phayartan Karst conservation by engaging and empowering local communities and local conservation groups in Karst ecosystem management. Increase the awareness of vulnerability and ecosystem services of Karst ecosystem. Strengthen Karst education and conservation planning. Facilitate equal representation of men and women in stakeholder consultation and natural resource management forums. Galvanize interest in protecting the Karst ecosystem and build pride of the presence of the Phayartan Karst in the Lenya Reserved Forest.

Strategic Direction: 4 Empower local communities to engage in conservation and management of priority key biodiversity areas
