Pilot a collaborative management model in two villages at Boeung Chhmar Ramsar Site on Cambodia's Tonle Sap lake, as a basis for wider replication. Strengthen financial management capacity of the community fisheries committees, and implement a benefit-sharing mechanism that delivers tangible livelihood improvements. Involve all stakeholders in developing and implementing management plans for the community fisheries and their fish conservation areas.
