Improve biodiversity conservation at Sinh Long Key Biodiversity Area, Na Hang district, Tuyen Quang province, Vietnam, by determining the feasibility of establishing community-managed forests at this site, developing a framework for doing so with local communities, and signing agreements with Commune People's Committees on the use of "payments for forest environmental services" (PFES) to improve forest protection, biodiversity conservation, and community development.
