Determine the diversity and distribution of the Odonata species found in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe (Chimanimani Mountains, Nyanga, Vumba and Chirinda Forest Key Biodiversity Areas). Identify and assess the natural and anthropogenic threats facing Odonata species. Create awareness of the ecological research and conservation needs of Odonata species and their habitats.

Strategic Direction: 2 Improve the protection and management of the KBA network throughout the hotspot.
