Propose theoretical, practical, and ongoing political, organizational, and agro-ecological training for the community associations of 6 traditional evergreen flower-gathering communities in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The training will be divided into thematic modules based on the potentials, difficulties, and challenges identified by the communities themselves, with women and young people playing a leading role.
