Introduce learners into conservation science from under-capacitated communities, and build their capacity to be custodians of the environment. The project hopes to encourage these young learners to choose a conservation career at University level. WildReach works with high school children in the peri-urban settlements of Grahamstown and surroundings.

Strategic Direction: 2 Expand conservation areas and improve land use in 19 key biodiversity areas through innovative approaches
