Build the capacity of community fisheries across Tonle Sap Lake to use information technology as a citizen science tool, thereby increasing the amount of monitoring data collected across the lake and engaging local people in its collection and use. Support communities to use information technology to respond to threats, such as wildlife and forest clearance, and engage with local authorities.
