Address capacity limitations of at least 15 local civil society organizations from Liberia and São Tomé and Princípe. Support them to strengthen their skills in organizational development, gender, communication, and fundraising. Actively demonstrate the application of these new skills by using a multi-pronged approach of training, facilitation and mentoring, and by improving access to local, regional and international networks and other resources.
