Empower communities to engage in management and governance of 10 community forestry (CF) areas by strengthening institutional leadership and capacity, updating management structures and implementing zoning and demarcation. Establish a network of CFs in five target districts to improve coordination between government agencies and communities. Organize public forums to identify natural resource management issues and discuss and agree on solutions.
