Protect 18,500 hectares in East Makira through the establishment of the Nasuahu, Kereapena and Napuamarawa (NKN) protected area. This project supports significant community consultation and capacity building through four components: community outreach and program implementation; boundary and habitat mapping: biodiversity surveys: and declaration of the new protected area.
