Establish ex-situ management of Bengal Florican (Houbaropsis bengalensis blandini) in Cambodia by providing a suitable, predator-safe quarantine facility for confiscated Bengal Florican, building staff capacity for daily care and establishing an ex-situ founder generation colony of 20 animals in different stages of development with the long-term goal (20-30 year) of introducing surplus captive hatched individuals within the range of the species.
