Support the handing-over of Birdlife International Cambodia Programme's biodiversity conservation work to a competent, fully-functioning local nonprofit organization. Legally establish the executive and governing bodies of the new nonprofit; determine its programmatic strategy, online presence and fundraising strategy; establish relationships with key partners; and recruit core staff.

Strategic Direction: 8 Strengthen the capacity of civil society to work on biodiversity, communities and livelihoods at regional, national, local and grassroots levels
