Work with Association de Réflexion, d'Échanges et d'Actions pour L'Environnment et le Développement to harmonize the El Kala National Park Management Plan with local development plans at the municipality level and in the Wilaya District of Algeria. Consult with all stakeholders, including farmers, fishermen, shepherds, businesses and local authorities, to develop land use plans that benefit local communities while preserving the biodiversity and ecosystem services of the protected area.
