Work with Fondation Tour du Valat to harmonize the El Kala National Park Management Plan with local development plans at the level of municipalities and the Wilaya District in Algeria. Consult with all stakeholders, including farmers, fishermen, shepherds, businesses and local authorities, to develop land use plans that benefit local communities while preserving the biodiversity and ecosystem services of the protected area.
