Conduct policy-relevant research and outreach to influence the Liberian government's community forestry policies. Integrate biodiversity and ecosystem consideration into community forest management plans. Facilitate partnerships among communities, civil society, private sector, and the government as a demonstration model for best practice in sustainable community forest management.
