Improve understanding of trade-offs in water and fisheries management in the Cambodian Mekong Basin through systematic use of decision-support tools. Promote incorporation of environmental safeguards for natural resource management into national policy and planning decisions. Promote uptake and implementation of best-practice approaches for natural resource management by civil society actors. Integrate biodiversity and livelihood considerations into management of community fisheries.
