Create a network that gathers together organizations and institutions working on sea turtle conservation in North Africa. Set up the governance structure of the network and agree on a five-year strategic plan. Support local organizations to standardize monitoring protocols, exchange experience on conservation action and communication, advise on practical activities, and advocate for improved national and regional regulations and actions for protection of sea turtles.
