Intensively survey the Critically Endangered green peafowl (Pavo muticus) in the only suspected area in Lao PDR that supports a recent viable population of this species, providing an assessment of its abundance and distribution, and initiating conservation interventions with local communities and government authorities at the province and district levels to secure the survival of the species.
