Identify economic alternatives that will enhance the quality of life and preserve the beautiful scenery and unique biodiversity of the River Mora?a Valley, a key biodiversity area in Montenegro. Work closely with local communities to promote water-efficient agriculture, including honey making, and ecotourism activities through partnerships with Alpine clubs and birdwatchers. Raise awareness among citizens of the economic and ecological values of their land, and inform them about the risks hydropower generation could pose to their livelihoods.
2 Establish the sustainable management of water catchments and the wise use of water resources with a focus on the priority corridors of the (1) Atlas Mountains, (2) Taurus Mountains, (3) Orontes Valley and Lebanon Mountai
