Undertake an evaluation of two key biodiversity areas (KBAs) of significance in Palestine, Jordan Valley and the Northern Dead Sea Region, containing marshland and spring wetlands, respectively. Conduct analysis, including of environmental DNA, to determine conservation status of key wetland species. Develop management plans collectively with stakeholders, conduct educational workshops and bridge science-policy-practice gaps, leading to effective conservation and other effective area-based conservation measures (OECM’s) for the protected area network.
