Scope what opportunities exist to use Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) as a long-term financing instrument for biodiversity conservation in CEPF priority sites, namely Gaua and Loru in Vanuatu, and assess the feasibility of future PES projects, including potential PES buyers and suppliers from areas of high biodiversity value.
