Fill the existing gap in private sector financing through the first impact fund dedicated to small and early-stage businesses in Madagascar. The project will work with small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups to identify and develop business opportunities that benefit biodiversity while creating jobs and ensuring better revenues for local communities. In addition, Miarakap will partner with NGOs and experts to educate and raise awareness around environmental and conservation topics for Malagasy private sector.

Strategic Direction: 2 Enable civil society to mainstream biodiversity and conservation into political and economic decision-making.
