Enhance institutional capacity by addressing gaps in governance structures and in the process clarify executive management roles and responsibilities in line with The Kainake Project’s (TKP) vision and mission. Develop relevant policies and procedures in the areas of office, finance and project management. Raise awareness while seeking communities' consent on TKP's intent to conserve and better manage the unique biodiversity found in Bougainville, Papua New Guinea.
