Strengthen the capacity of the Dolphin Head Local Forest Management Committee to empower local communities to conserve Dolphin Head, a key biodiversity area with the highest density of endemic, rare or threatened plants in Jamaica. The grant supports organizational capacity development, business training and fundraising, establishment of an office, and development and implementation of a strategic action plan to guide conservation and sustainable livelihoods activities.
