Strengthen the financial and administrative management capacity of the Vietnam National University Central Institute for Natural Resources and Environmental Studies (VNU-CRES) to meet international donors’ requirements. Assess finance and administration capacity and implement training programs based on completed assessments. Develop operational manuals to support standardization of finance and administration systems. Host a workshop with other civil society organizations to share lessons learned from project activities.
