Deliver a program of training for women working in conservation in Southeast Asia to help them develop the skills and support they need to thrive as leaders. Support eight women from the Indo-Burma Hotspot to be purposeful and authentic leaders, strengthening skills, confidence and influence, while building resilience. Provide participants with strategic tools to help them be more influential and strengthen their communication skills.
