Undertake studies of amphibians and reptiles in the Cordillera de Colán National Sanctuary through the collection of biological information in order to define a baseline for the monitoring of herpetofauna. Assess the state of conservation of nine trigger amphibian species (Centrolene lemniscatum, C. muelleri, Hyloxalus aeruginosus, H. mittermeieri, Pristimantis cuneirostris, P. infraguttatus, P. karcharias and Telmatobius colanensis) categorized as Data Deficient by IUCN; and publishing findings in scientific journals.
