Build capacity among civil society organizations and government institutions to collect and analyze data on threats and biodiversity status and formulate strategies to reduce the impact of threats to the Blue and John Crow Mountains Key Biodiversity Area. Develop and implement a long-term participatory monitoring framework for the site that can yield up-to-date data on species and forest status, threat impact and threat reduction efforts.
