Establish the delineation of 30 hectares of mangrove forest as community conserved areas and strengthen local capacity to sustainably manage. Restore local biodiversity and increase carbon sequestration through improved conservation of mangrove forests by developing Participatory Land Use Plans for four communities in Odukpani Local Government Area in Cross River State.
