Equip civil society organizations in Lao PDR with tools to manage Fish Conservation Zones (FCZs) to maximize their effectiveness for conservation and food security. Develop a best practices guidebook for monitoring and establishing FCZs, test it in the field, and then disseminate it to practitioners. Provide training to civil society organizations in developing fisheries monitoring plans.
