Develop a conservation action plan to monitor, track and manage the Whistling Warbler, an endemic endangered bird species found in the Cumberland Forest Reserve and the Central Mountain Range of St. Vincent. Conduct field surveys to collect data on the species and inform the preparation of the plan.
