Create an enabling environment for the implementation of the mitigation hierarchy (avoid, minimize, restore, offset) by development projects (especially extractive and agricultural sectors, but also public infrastructure) in conservation corridors of Cote d'Ivoire, Guinea and Liberia. Develop practical and user-friendly guidelines for private-sector engaged in Public Private Partnerships and Public Private Community Partnerships. Enhance capacity to support international best practices.
